Edna has got her kraft on for this one, and she'd love for you to play along! That means we want to see kraft somewhere on your project!

I love love love love kraft cardstock - it gives a retro vibe and helps really POP any colours.

I used one of my all time fave snarky stamp sets by our very own SISTER CHRIS (one of two she created!!) called "SOME SNARK."

I was also inspired by the super awesome retro-vibing ATC's created by SISTER BARB on the A Tiny Craft {ATC} BLOG

Here's that I made for the challenge, in the original image (printed on photopaper) her hair was purple. I love purple hair, but wanted it black for the card so I used acrylic paint (after failing with a Sharpie) to change the colour of her hair.

I have taken a page from the book of SISTER HELEN for this challenge as I looked online for the retro image I wanted to use, printed it on photo paper and cut it out. I am totally diggin' this idea for card making!!

Edna and the snarky sisters have clearly been up to no good.

I never do up the inside of my cards, but SISTER BARB does and hers always look so awesome, so I am stealing her idea (shhhhhhhh don't tell her)

Shopping Our Stash #224 - Caffeine Fix

This week week the SHOPPING OUR STASH crew want to know how you get your Caffeine Fix.

For me, that's easy, I am a total tea granny! I blame my English upbringing and yes, I am a total tea snob. Has to come out of a pot and off a rolling boil, NOT a tea bag dropped in a lukewarm cup of water....YUCK

I had a bunch of this background paper already cut for some card making we did at work last week, I think it goes well with the retro stamp.
