Greetings & salutations snarky pals!
Thanks for coming back to check out the latest challenge from Edna and the sisterhood of snarky stampers!!
Edna is all about the rugrats and ankle biters, so this challenge is dedicated to the kids.
The young, the young at heart, those that just won't grow up...
I wanted this to be a one layer card, but...alas, I didn't like the way the sentiment stamped, so I heat embossed it, cut it out and layered it on top...it's a "mostly" one layer card.
As a bonus, I think I "almost" have the knack of turning the turnabout stamp and NOT getting all the dots in the same place!! Yay me!!
Shite I used to make this card:
- White cardstock (Recollections)
- Spiced Marmalade, Twisted Citron, Wilted Violet, Peacock Feathers & Mustard Seed distress inks (Tim Holtz)
- Versamark
- Black embossing powder (Recollections)
- Bitty Burst turnabout stamp set (Concord & (9th)
- Say What You Mean stamp set (Dyan Reaveley)
As always, we would love for you to join the sisterhood and play along!
You can find all the details for the challenge on the SoSS BLOG.
While you are there, please share some love and crafty comments with our reigning Queen of Snark and the rest of the sisterhood!

That sentiment could not be more true! Awesome card.
Glad I'm not the only one that finds turnabouts not so simple! LOVE the background, and of course the sentiment could not be more perfect.
great card, nice job with the turnabout stamp, haven't ventured there, looks too frustrating. Love your card and sentiment.
