Shopping Our Stash #414 - The Great Outdoors

Greetings and salutations crafty pals!

Thanks for stopping by to check out the latest challenge from the crew at SHOPPING OUR STASH

Yours truly is hosting this week, so bundle up!!  We are heading to the Great Outdoors!

That means we want to see something outdoors or nature related on your project.

I used the super cute Happy Trails collection from Simple Stories to create this fun card which has already gone out in the mail to wish Happy Birthday to a special dude in my family.

I hand stitched around the edge of the design paper to create a fun little border, then I picked at the thread a bit to try and give it a bit of a fuzzy appearance.

Shite I used to make this card:

  • White cardstock (Recollections)
  • Happy Trails design paper and bits & pieces
  • Paper piercer & mat (SU)
  • Black thread and needle (Dollarama)
  • Foam tape (Dollar Tree)
As always, we would love for you to join our crew and play along!
You can find all the challenge details on the SHOPPING OUR STASH BLOG.
While you are there please leave some crafty love and comments for the rest of the crew!

The bear holding the sign makes this card for me! Also the fab plaid background. Awesome.

I totally agree, the bear holding the sign just makes me smile, and the mosquitoes are so cute, I've never seen a mosquito stamp/die before.
I always love to see stitching on cards, your hand stitching is amazing.
