SoSS #9 - R is for Ribbon

Dollar short and a day late - story of my life this past week...nonetheless...here I am with a card for the R is for Ribbon challenge.

Look at that silly Edna all tied up - she really got carried away for this challenge!! Be sure to visit the SISTERHOOD OF SNARKY STAMPERS BLOG for all the details on this challenge and while you are there check out the AWESOME creations the sisters came up with this week including Shoni, our Guest Designer for this challenge.

I am trying to rebuild my stash of cards, so everytime I make one, I end up making two or three. I so love the #hastags stamp set, I made three of these cards with three different sentiments.

SUPPLIES:
White cardstock (Recollections)
Walk in the Park designer paper (SU)
Blushing Bride pleated ribbon (SU)
Bling strip (Michaels)
#hashtags stamp set (Tim Holtz)
Black Soot distress ink (Tim Holtz)
Fishtail / Banner dies (Your Next Stamp)
Stapler & staples

Want to join in on the fun?? Course you do!! Upload your project to the SoSS BLOG by 11:55 pm Friday June 13th and maybe YOU will be our next Queen or Princess of Snark!!

Love this card, Donna! All the different patterns and colors in the paper, that pretty pleated ribbon with the bling on top of it, and that cool sentiment just all seem to go together! Way to rock the challenge!

Leave it to Tim to come up with such a trendy stamp set! Great use of strips of paper as well as the pleated ribbon! I never know how to use that stuff, but it looks great here, especially with the bling!
