I really really really wanted a pink tree this Christmas...sadly my idea got vetoed :(
Not one to give up easily, I decided to make my own little pink Christmas tree for the fireplace mantel.
I started with a small foam cone and covered it with 1.25" circles punched from design paper.
Then I blinged it up with some pink ribbon, silver twine and sparklies.
The star on top I heat embossed with sparkly pink embossing powder (I knew I bought that years ago for a reason!!!).
Here's how the tree came out:
Last week on Scraptures, Shannon made some super cute ornaments using circles, here's a link to the SCRAPTURES BLOG for instructions. I had some left over design paper from my tree, so I made a coordinating ornament with a 2.5" circle punch.
Thanks for lookin!!
