It opens like a hinge card, I used a snowflake brad to attach the pieces together.

Top Note gift card holder
This top note gift card holder was also demonstrated at Stampinpalooza this past weekend.
The front and back are both top notes, the inside is 1/2 a top note.
It opens like a hinge card, I used a snowflake brad to attach the pieces together.
