picnic birthday invites

A friend of mine asked me to make picnic themed birthday invitations for her in laws 65th birthdays. Here's what I came up with:

The bottom of the balloon is from the SU owl punch, a little trick I learned from Jenn Tinline at her Stamp a Pack last night, the bottom of each balloon is one owl foot! How cute is that????

Drunken Stampers Challenge #87 - I can see clearly now

I have made bunny punch art cards before, but never from the back of the bunny...I thought they were sooooo cute I had to make "bunny butt" Easter cards for my family this year.

Without further ado...here's my card for this challenge:

Here's what's "in" the card:

Cardstock - kraft, early espresso & red glitter paper (Stampin Up)
Stamps - artistic ecthings (Stampin Up)
Ink - close to cocoa (Stampin Up)
Ribbon - early espresso (Stampin Up)
Not sure if you can see it in the picture, but I sponged close to cocoa over all the kraft layers.

Pasha who?????

I joined a Risk ATC swap on swap-bot...in this one the partner you send the ATC to gets to dictate what you make.
My partner in Indiana picked Pasha Kovalev...apparently I am the only person in the world who doesn't watch Dancing with the Stars...I had NO idea who he was!!
So here's what I came up with, I hope the picture I used is really him!!

"T" posted a challenge on Scraptures to use squares on a card using the supplies in the April card kit
Well there is just the cutest DP in there this month, with little skunks on it, and a sentiment that says "my little stinker"...I had to use that!

Scraptures March Card Kit

I am a bit behind using all the great stuff in my Scraptures card kits.
I love so much about the March card kit! The stamp set is great, so versatile, you can never have too many sentiment stamps...and I love love love the "new leaf" paper pad!
