Condolences to the Hosker family...

Sad news, upon returning to work today I learned that one of my co-workers lost her father over the holidays.



I found a nice verse on a website to include on the sympathy card from some of the staff of the organization where I work...



Those we love don't go away.

They walk beside us everyday.

Unseen, unheard, but always there.

Still loved, still missed and very dear.

Hoooray for babies!!!

Just a quick note of congratulations to two of my lovely friends who had babies in December!

Holly, Terry and big brothers Peyton and Brydon welcomed sister Mariah on December 15.

Lisa, Tim and big brother Sam welcomed brother Spencer on December 17.

Happy Birthday Drew!!

One of the women I work with asked me to make some birthday party invitations for her son's 7th birthday party...a bowling party.

I had a little help on these ones, DH helped me cut out over 100 tiny little bowling pins.

Yep - it's a spinner, the bowling ball rolls towards the pins. Used a CB folder to make the alley look more wood like.

All in all I am pretty pleased with how these came out.
